I had some incredibly strange dreams this morning. The first one was upsetting enough that I had to go back to sleep later to wipe it out of my mind a little. In round two of morning sleep, I had a dream that I discovered a huge inland area filled with massive sand mountains that people were allowed to climb all over. I don't remember who was with me (sorry, no dream shout-outs), but we were climbin' all over in this sand. For some reason there was a borders store and a safeway built into the middle of some sand dunes. Not much happened, but it was pretty cool. Seriously, though, morning dreams often affect my mood for the rest of the day.
Today I'm going to try to walk up to Washington park and examine the rose garden/japanese garden areas. Then, a bday party later in the evening. Good times as the Portland times are ending. I have one big project and two littles projects left in illustration, and that's it. I've never had this little end of year work to do...
I Promise.
